Even though I only slept for an hour at the hotel…

Just watched one of the most anticipated movie of the year, the one that’s based on one of my favorite games, Prince of Persia! (warning, this is not a spoiler, but more of a critic to the movie!)

I’ve been playing Prince of Persia (PoP) since it was on the old computer classic platform. Coming to the new consoles and also on computer, PoP has gathered more fans than anyone would anticipate. The most fascinating storyline from this game is the Sands of Time Trilogy, which consists of The Sands of Time (1st), The Warrior Within (2nd), and finally The Two Thrones.

The Trilogy has a very complex storyline (well, anyone who takes on the “time-travel” theme would always end up intriguing and fascinating), and that storyline has build up a super strong background for the Prince himself. The new game, The Forgotten Sands, is still in that storyline, except it’ll be located between the first and second game.

Upon hearing that the Sands of Time is going to become a summer blockbuster, I was so eager about it, hoping to get a great trilogy of the story. But after seeing the movie, MY HOPES WERE CRUSHED!!!

The movie was full of action (very good), had great effects (awesome), a good set of casts (more awesomeness), but the storyline and ending, IT SUCKS BAD!!! It’s one of those typical Hollywood endings! I just hate that!

I will explain the complete and complex storyline of the Prince in the next post, because this is going to take a while! I’m just still unsatisfied with the ending!! IT SUCKS BRICK SO BADLY!!!!
